It was 40 hours later DA said there would be charges. They needed time to collect evidence. Not everything happens overnight. Because you are ignorant and misinformed does not change this fact

They tried arresting him. He fought them. Then he was tazed, another attempt to arrest him. He then tried getting into car to presumably get something else to continue to fight. He was then shot. It’s like you completely ignore everything leading up to the shooting.
