I look at it this way. If I see a car going the wrong way down a one way street, and I still step out into the road anyway, it's my fault when I get hit whether I get hurt or killed. It doesn't matter whether the guy was drunk, an bumhole, or just plain stupid. He shouldn't have been there. I still could have avoided injury by not stepping out into the road. What David Blake did was the equivalent of doing just that.
