It's discrimination, fitz it goes both ways. You make what you want of yourself. You get knocked down you get back up and fight a harder the next time. You act like Black people are the only ones that have it hard or bad. God I have Brothers that are messed up body wise or in the Heads from the poop they went threw in Afghanistan and Iraq that can't get the help they need, but they pick themselves up and keep trying. Change the PERCEPTION of what people think of you and then you hopefully will see equality.

Not to mention Blacks go to sh*t schools because the burbs do not want to share the wealth and help finance the city schools where Blacks have predominantly lived.

Also, Buffalo has a 37% Black population and they can't have all white guys adversarial to them as you are in their police force.
