I knew it was too good for buffalo...
Drop routso and bennett:
8oa + montour/risto for 19oa + monahan
That's my final offer - Michael Pachla
So in essence it's 8=Monahan and 19=Montour. Cal wins the first part, and we win the second part badly at this point.
Still think Bennett could be had in the deal, and they prolly want a defensive prospect added. Would be a decent starting point for sure |

Just an idea:
Do trade offer from Chicago
Strome sikrua and matta for mitts and Johansson
Then trade risto for a needed winger/ young d prospect. Draft lundell at 8 because i think rossi will be gone. Lundell becomes 3rd line shutdown center put cozens on the wing and let him grow. Strome buys buffalo time for cozens to develop at wing or center. - Scott1977
Mitts becomes Strome in a few years. They are on a very similar trajectory. Which is fine for this trade. I don't particularly want to give up Johansson, he looks like a good goalie and you can never have too many of those. |

I pointed this out when the strome hype was at an all time high
make a few tweaks, ship out a few d men
don't panic at center, sign soderberg on a 1 year deal if worried

I think he means Marcus.
Jonas is absolutely expendable. |

I don't disagree, but also think it's not particularly prudent to do so. He's been pretty solid in the A, and having a solid pipeline of goalies is a must (hence drafting one every year, even late should be a thing imo). |

I agree with Jonas, if they thought more of him, he would have been playing instead of 1 eyed Willy. |

Sure. And if we really need strome to compete now, ok, but I'm not trading a bunch more then Mitts to do it. Just my opinion though |

I think thats why he got a 3 year deal though. But time will tell. Having him in the pipeline keeps everyone where they should be developmentally |

Could be, but it's time for UPL to take the reigns in Rochester. |

cap issues
rather practice with 8 d men
don't have the balls to admit hutton couldn't see
any of these issues work for an acceptable excuse, we know more then you
thanks for your concern

And why's that? Goalies take the longest development curve, and he's 21. And his ten game sample size last year in Rochester sporting a 3.15 GAA and .874 S% doesn't exactly inspire huge confidence that he's even ready for that. Jonas' numbers looked like that two years ago and now his somewhere near 2.3 and .920. Let's not rush our goalie of the future, keep him where he needs to be |

The taquito is an eating machine. Infants are.. what they are. My little girl is 2 and she's such a joy. Happy and hilarious. Then you've got this infant screaming his head off, waking up to eat at night and all that.. They say don't rush it and all that but I can't wait until he's out of the infant phase. At least he sleeps at night and decently throughout the day, and that can't be said about a lot of kids. His stomach is still developing, and those farts are high octane.
Thank you for asking though. |

Wow, 2 little one's, you got your hands full. Yeah it can get tough when they are babies, especially when you get no sleep. Good Luck and don't rush it, gets more interesting as they get older, especially with girls. |

How am I rushing him, he played in the ECHL last year, know it's time to move up to the AHL and get your learning curve there. |

Oh all the time. It’s nonsense. But at least it wasn’t a bjustead post from me..... although bjustead as the 3c with Domi as the 2c.

Domi
Bjustead
Lazer Larry.
That might be fun for the 7 games Bjustead would be healthy for. |

Yeah I wish time would stop, or really slow down with my daughter. I know what I'm in for when she's a teen. I can't complain about sleep, I do much better than my wife at this point. I'm up maybe 20% as much as she is, but she's home for the next two months and I'm up at 6 for work. So, ya know, we all have our roles and that. |

I think its helps both teams now and in the future. Risto could trade for winger center young d or goalie prospect. echiel needs wingers to play with and center depth. Adams has tough job ahead because if buffalo does not make the playoffs soon echiel most likely will request a trade out of town same with mcdavid in Edmonton.
