You know Kim Pegula, President and ceo of Pegula sports and entertainment has spoken with Kim Pegula, President of the Buffalo Bills, as well as Kim Pegula, President of the Buffalo Sabres and they all completely disagree with this statement.... - Gr8daygo
Yep and I’m being suspended by Kim for my statement

Pure speculation but I think Terry probably is fine as an owner and Kim is the nightmare. In a recent interview Kim said how she sees she’s being called the black widow, etc and people who are saying that don’t see the real day to day operations of PEG. Well, when we see all these firings, marketing group quitting, dozens of employees and former employees bad mouthing her, well where there’s smoke there’s a fire. She’s the classic case of seeing herself as an underdog, taking too much on, being a control freak and fcking things up beyond belief - turbo044

I mentioned that earlier ..... but gerbe said they are good people since they are family friends of an uncles roommate in college. Instofacto. He knows them
All of the pegulas actions ...... say you are wrong - Sabretooth9
And the actions of some of their employees or ex employees.
She may be a fine person and a nice person. It doesn’t mean she has the wherewithal to be running 5 sports teams under an entertainment conglomerate that also focuses on real estate development.
There is such a thing as biting off more than one can chew.
And this has zero to do with gender, race, age, background. It is too much for anyone to try and be the president and ceo of those 3 main entities successfully. And do it part time from Florida. The proof is in the success of the entities... and from what we hear, there are more people disgruntled with her “everything filters through me” leadership style, than praise that current business model.
Promote bean to President and gm, set the budget and expectations.
Hire a president for the Sabres and set the budget and expectations.
Stay on as president of the entertainment and real estate development. It’s one area I can say that they’ve done a solid job.
If big Terr wants to sit in on meetings and interviews. Check Casey’s body fat personally. More power too him. But let your presidents run your teams.
Sadly, their ego will never allow that model to occur. And the Sabres will suffer. And the other teams. With exception of the bills. Because bean and mcD are solid. But you better lock up the bean!
And yet here I am. I almost wish Pachla didn't step in for Garth (Thank you, sir!). At least then I wouldn't have a reason to check in on this site. - JetpackJesus
It turns out the Sabres haven’t been awful at picking NHL-caliber prospects. They’re actually fairly good.
They have been bad at keeping or developing the players. - kingcong39
And that seemed to be an area botts started to focus on. With the exception of Tage and Miitts who botts felt needed to be jammed down our throats. It looked like he was doing what he could to restock the shelves and bring most of the kids up at pace.
There could be an argument made that he leaned on AHL vets too much. Is it that, or the pipeline just wasn’t filled to put kids in those spots?!?
Either way, Murry’s way wasn’t fast enough for Kim, even after telling him to speed it up. Botts way was too slow for Kim, even after signing off on the “build through the draft” model. Now we have Kevyn’s way... which will be Kims way, with influence from Ralph. Will it finally be just right or an unmitigated disaster...

With the exception of the 2 most important forward prospects the team has feels like a very big exception.
Botterill also traded multiple picks for middling players.

I’m gonna beat the dead horse. We are crazy not to sign Vesey to a 2 year deal.
He finally started to gel with this team toward the end. He is a very valuable special teams player. He ended the season +12 on a terrible team. Why don’t we sign him? - lulags

Why in the world would you be souring on the Bills now? They’re the best they’ve been in 25 years With a lot of high character guys and a coach and GM who seem to be beyond the Pegula web.
Now The Sabres are a disaster, sucking the life out of us every year - turbo044
The Biils 20 years of ineptitude slowly wore away at me and dimmed the light rather significantly.
I still root for them, but my fandom is about 25% of what it once was...if it weren't for McBeaner it would be 10%
