Unsurvivable storm surge with large and destructive waves will cause catastrophic damage from Sea Rim State Park, Texas, to Intracoastal City, Louisiana, including Calcasieu and Sabine Lakes. This surge could penetrate up to 30 miles inland from the immediate coastline. - mdw7413

Honestly Dallas might want to call about Georgiev
When the Stars signed Bishop I said it would cause problems about halfway through and here they are...Everyone in Dallas hated Niemi and Lehtonen but failed to realize that when they were the age Bishop was at signing they had better stats. Bishop also already had an injury history.
Now here they sit with 3 more years at 5M for a guy who hasn't played 45GP in either of the last 2 seasons and barely 50GP the season before that. |

He's been here for 2 years of a rebuild, I expect him to remain the head coach for the foreseeable future, have to give him time and talent - KreiderBomb
Alot of Islander fans on this site argued for giving Garth Snow & Jack Capuano time & talent. Remember how that worked out for us? |

Another analytics bunch of garbage...from Tom Urtz:
The Rangers were one of the worst teams defensively in 2019-20. New York’s 2.74 expected goals against per 60 at 5v5 was the worst in the Eastern Conference, and second-worst in the entire NHL ahead of only Chicago. The Rangers’ actual goals against per 60 was 2.61, which was 10th worst in the league, but they also had the ninth-best goals for per 60 at 2.73.
Is this the dumbest fvcking thing ever created? Expected goals against? WTF?!? |

Arizona is some poop show
I really don't know or understand the violations, but they had already traded their 1st and 3rd rounders this year
they dont pick this year until 4th round and they don't have 1st or 3rd rounders next year
their farm system is barren

they really need to just give him whatever he wants to keep him, but, they are pretty much capped out
but 8 years like 96 million is a lot more than any team can give him, if they can create the space |

I think he’s not the coach for this team. I’ve said that from the start, I’m hoping I’m wrong because I want them to do good and move up. His in game and between game adjustments don’t seem to be there. Look at the Canucks , beaten bad game 1 against LV make adjustments between games and they handled themselves pretty good last night. And they did the same against the Blues. Their star players were stars. The Canucks have 11 players that have never been to the playoffs before but seemed way more prepared than the Rangers. Their rookie d man totally out play the rangers rookie d-man , their star centre out performed the rangers top centre. I think they didn’t prepared for the play in round and I believe some if no most is on the coach. Just my 2 cents |

Unless they were coughing on the other team, honestly the punishment seems way to punitive. Obviously, it wasn't like they were a great franchise to begin with, but this is almost a franchise killer in itself. Even the Devils in their blatant cap manipulation were given something back because they realized the punishment was too much.
It's almost as the league is purposely make relocation happens when the team falls off even more.

Eh stuff like that worries me. If the shoe was on our foot and it was other teams saying that, I'd caution that you'd never know when something like that could come down on your team.
You have to wonder if something like the Lindros situation ever came down today, would we have been docked picks for trying to pull a fast one (even though to this day I still think that whole situation is bs but thats a story for another time)

I agree pretty much. I'm just saying with things like this, you really never know when the next big incident would be. I just don't like punishments that in a sense kill the franchise. I agree that they should be punished, but if you make it so a franchise isn't viable, it becomes a blight on the entire league.
