If I was them, I'd be open to trading any one of those guys for a ransom. These guys may be really bad for several years. As young as those guys are, none of them might be in their prime for the next competitive team given how far in the hole they are. It will be like Detroit, but several factors worse.

Their situation might actually be worse than a traditional expansion team now.

We can also confirm a bonus overage of $393,902, bringing their projected cap to $80,383,902 (upper limit is 81.5M), with a roster of 17 (9F-6D-2G).

*Hossa is LTIR eligible with a cap hit of $5.275M.

I think I remember reading about AZ flying some potential draftees to their facility to actually perform some fitness tests a couple of weeks before the league-wide combine. Really, just about the stupidest way you could throw away two draft picks.
