If the evaluators are right and this is like a 2015 draft, the Rangers are going to have the opportunity to get a really really good player with that 2nd pick. That's an ELC contract they're going to need in 3 years when they are legit contenders. - WineryDog
more than anything I'd love to get back into the top 10 somehow
and if they did, I would have no problem if they took Drysdale or Sanderson either |

I just don't feel comfortable trading for guys who are gonna be UFA's
especially this coming season, who knows if it will be another one that's off the rails
Brodin is another guy, if the trade comes with an extension, I'm all for it, like I am with RNH or Danault
gotta come with a signed extension - jimbro83
Weve been living off the back of mostly "what if" prospects for almost a decade, and everyone is gone except Kreider. Were now in a position to really make a leap forward where at the start of the 2021 season we will be legit contender, but we cant live off the back of "what if" LHD. We need a top pairing guy. We need a guy who can eat 30 mins a game if need be on the left side incase one of the kids isnt playing well. |

I really want to agree but I'm terrified to know what form of Lias Andersson or Dylan McIlrath we would go off the board and grab that we couldn't have had at 22-24 anyway |

So far, Gorton hasnt done anything since taking over to make me believe that we have to worry about that. Combined with JD and his talent evaluation skills between STL and CBJ, zero concerns. |

Right now, based on how this team is shaping up... hes probably kicking himself in the rear end because he could be playing on a line with Panarin or LaFreniere and being a cup contender rather than being a cry baby. Whatever, at least we found out now who he really is now rather than later. |

Chytil might have a future at center but for the next 1-2 years short term I think he makes a better winger. I’d like to see us give Strome a 1-2 year bridge and do a 2A/2B thing.
(Assuming we’re trade TDA+ for a Center)
Kreider- Z- Buchnevich
Panarin- Strome - Kakko
LaF- Monahan/Lindholm/Cirelli-Chytil
Lemi/PDG- Howden/Barron- Fast/Gaut |

Putting Chytil at the wing totally stunts whatever potential growth he may make at that position. You either leave him there, or trade him. |

You would trade a 20 yr old aspiring Center right NOW instead of putting him on Monahan’s wing (who has like a 55% winning face off percentage) to learn under for 2 years until Stromes Bridge Deal is over so then he can slide into the C position at a whopping old age of 22 yrs old? Cmon man. Haha |

If hes not playing C, then hes not learning. You dont learn hockey by watching it, you gotta do it. If theres a move for Monahan, then you dont sign Strome... you let Chytil play 3C and learn from Monahan.
You learn and get better through practice and repetition. Secondly, its not just faceoffs he needs to get better, its positional defense, which again, not learned by watching. |

I dont think MTL could even come up with a package from that entire squad that would have the Rangers trade the first pick. |

Seriously though I think I have spent more money on trying different things that claim to make it easy, and none of them work |

Crush it slightly with the side of a knife and then cut the bottom off. |

Only works occasionally. 1/2 the time the skin is still stuck |

Yeah garlic can be a pain in the ass but I have mostly success with that method. I've also peeled a literal ton of it by working in a restaurant in a previous life. |

Its probably the thing I hate doing the most, and I love garlic. I tried the pre crushed from a store once. Vile!
Give a ton of credit to people who work as cooks/chefs. I could never do that. I just like cooking for myself |

UNDERdone? I dont eat my steak more than medium closer to medium-rare.
The one great thing about sous vide is you have total control about how your meat is cooked, and you wont over/under cook your meat. |

Well... how are you ordering your steak? Are you doing what is socially acceptable to not be judged or are you ordering what you want? |
