Its probably the thing I hate doing the most, and I love garlic. I tried the pre crushed from a store once. Vile!
Give a ton of credit to people who work as cooks/chefs. I could never do that. I just like cooking for myself - mdw7413

Was going to mention that one too. It can be slow going though. |

more than anything I'd love to get back into the top 10 somehow
and if they did, I would have no problem if they took Drysdale or Sanderson either - jimbro83
I bet Anaheim would trade Henrique and #6 for #1 |

Not for everyone and I get why. I'm an "inch thick, but a mile deep" kind of guy, so once I got hooked I never looked back.
Even if you don't like the music, the history is really interesting. There's a great documentary on Amazon Prime that covers the music, the scene, etc. Really cool stuff if you're into rock n' roll history. I think it's called "Long strange trip" or something like that. |

I might have seen that, but I don’t remember
I did a brief stint following them in my youth, but the first time I saw them without the psychic lubrication of hallucinogens, it was all over. The music could be pretty painful. |

I've said this before here and I'll say it again: I'm worried about Chytil. Specifically, that he's kind of in the mold of someone like a Pavel Brendl or Nikolay Zherdev -- lots of talent, but just not a very good hockey player. Not that I'm giving up on him, but I don't think he should be considered untouchable, either, assuming a young player would be coming back in a potential trade.
And if he does turn out to be a bust, by the way, what a disastrous first round that year. |

Really such a bummer that he’s not a top 5 scorer already at the age of 21...
If he was 27 and still not showing signs of improvement, fine. But he just completed his first full season as a pro. How many players come into the league and light it on fire in their first year? I say less than 10 a year do that.
I’ll never understand the camp of fans who don’t have the patience for players to develop. |

He’s a huge key in all of this. I think he has the most pressure on him of all the kids, they really need him to develop as the 2C. He shows flashes of would could be. That’s what frustrating to me, but you’re right gotta he more patient. And he could develop better on the wing, it’s not the end of the world if he’s a better winger. At least he’s a regular in the lineup and top 9 |

He doesn't need to be a top 5 scorer at the age of 21, but there are signs that I consider concerning, many of them named in Jan's article. Despite what you say about less than 10 a year, I've found that MOST (not all) really good players in the league get off to pretty good starts. In fact, I would guess that there are more players who get off to great starts as a rookie and then fade than players who struggle at first and then blossom. The fact that he's young and COULD turn into a very good player isn't evidence that he WILL. People could absolutely have said what you're saying about someone like Zherdev at that age. And if someone said something about Zherdev at that age like what I am saying about Chytil, they would have been right. |

And let me add one more thing. Guess what? Most players who come into the league aren't very good! If it were that easy, GM's would have a very easy job. So to me the burden of proof is on people claiming that someone will be good more than people saying he won't be.
PS. Oh, by the way, yes, I'm worried about Kravtsov as well. And, looking to that same draft, if I were the Islanders, I'd be worried about Wahlstrom. |

I think this year is going to be tell-tale about Chytil's potential at center. For me personally, if he can boost his faceoff win % to 45-50, and show signs of improvement in positioning on the ice then Im willing to work with him. Otherwise, honestly, Id rather move him for someone that might be a couple years older but much more confident as his abilities at center. |
