This site is nearly unusable. It's such an ad whorehouse; my screen constantly jumps as ads load/reload every 30 seconds or so. It's tough to read or respond to anything.

it definitely is
if you are using chrome though and get chrome's ad blocker, it stops them

No sh!t. I didn't know that. Then the guy may be correct. Young prospect with potential and will get the chance to actually play. Plus the contract will be good to resign. Add to the fact it may be the only decent player the Rangers have available to pick anyways. Most of the team is exempt; the rest protected (or UFA )

Sounds like Rask may be retiring. Wonder if Hank would waive to go there for his last year, an we take Krejci and trade Strome. Regardless, that may be a match for Hank.

That would be worse than seeing Leetch in black and gold.
Looking and watching the Islanders I do worry down the road rangers not having a big enough or tough enough team, vs teams like them. Kind of like TB (before those additions this year) mucho skill but smallish. But Leimeux has really done nothing for me. I loved when we got him but have been pretty disappointed by him.

I really don't care where Lundqvist is playing next year
honestly it would just be fantastic if he retired so I can start only thinking about 2005-2017 when it comes to Henrik Lundqvist, at this point its getting annoying
one of the valid criticisms of the Joey Keane for Gauthier trade was that Keane would have been exempt from expansion draft - jimbro83
It’s still early for this. Gauthier could be moved in a deal by then anyway. He’s gotta score next year to be worthy of protecting. He’s got a lot of tools, he reminds of Alex Tuch.
