That was the last straw for me too. No way we should have lost that series.
Really disappointed with the TB loss, but I can chalk that up to injuries.

Well AV was all about pushing play, offense and he didn't have the mobile d man too do it. Torts was all about 6 goalies on the ice, and playing tough.

Quinn seems like he is trying to do all things. Play hard, push the play and solid defense. Now the question is, will his systems work? I think its a mixed bag, but its also a young team. I thought they finally were getting it the 2nd half of the season. Really need a better overall defensive structure. Hopefully we see that more next year.

If Quinn doesn't change the D strategy to start bodying people up at the blue line he isn't going to make it at this level. When you have a goalie who handles the puck as well as Shesty does you force the other team to dump the puck in as often as possible so that he can retrieve it and send it right back out.

I can maybe understand not committing to that with Henrik back there but Shesty is like Brodeur or Turco 2.0
