Yea it would be nice to have someone who can take them and win more. My whole point in this argument is if one player is clearly better than the other I am not going to pass on him cause he is not as good on faceoffs. - TPC
Back to the "A good center should win more faceoffs than he loses" argument.

There's also a difference between a "center" that is in the upper 40's % wise compared to an abysmal one in the 30's. Is the guy in the 30's (Chytil) really a center?
Max Domi is hovering around 50%, I like him from a perspective that he could improve. Chytil is better off at the wing at this point. He hasn't cracked 40% at the NHL level.

I really hope that Chytil can become a decent center, he might end up as a winger if he can't improve. I say there's nowhere to go but up if he works at it.
Kinda like the Boyle Paradigm.

Brian Boyle did have one season in the 30's and it was his third. I guess there is hope but Chytil just doesn't inspire confidence for me with taking draws.

"I hope this email finds you well"
you may as well be Al Qaeda is you start off an email saying that to me - jimbro83
Haven't seen that one. Sounds like setting someone up with,"Don't get mad, but..."
I remember you posted a list the other day, so I'll put myself out there.
Amazing, especially coupled with Absolutely, and the emphasis on the "m". Makes me see red. I can usually let the Literally and Figuratively slide, but not that.
"I had an a'm'azing bagel." Really? What was so amazing about it? Did it cut itself in half and butter itself? No, it did not. Try another adjective. Tasty? Delicious?
Rant over, expecting every post to include one of those words from now on.
