McCann was a solid depth forward for the Pens and the Panthers before that. I’d be on board with adding McCann to the middle 6 (likely the 3rd line).

Maybe if the Pens didn’t scratch McCann they would have done better against Montreal. Like I said, deal Nylander for him.

Buffalo doesn't have anything to trade for. Their prospect pool is blah. They aren't giving up #8 and they have nothing I would trade for. Mittelstats? Meh. Don't want him.

The Wings are rebuilding. They aren't giving up assets for Strome. Stevie Y values speed. Strome doesn't have any.

He does, however with his defensive liabilities and his skating, it would probably be best to trade him for another asset. With Dach coming on as a 2nd line center, Strome is just not the right center to man the 3rd line.

Ehhhhhhhhhh i have a tough time giving up on someone that young with skill. I get he's not your prototypical 3rd line center but there's a chance he may become an effective center and we'll probably get crap in a trade for him anyways
