Brian Burke just said Barzal was holding the stick of Provy it shouldn't be an Isles goal.

Also I want to apologize for being snarky the other night...normal stress is magnified in a current COVID world ..

Not an excuse but just practicing extreme ownership.. LOL

He was also holding the damn goal post for several seconds. Just absurd imo

Oh I hope not. Need to keep their foot on the gas. Dont give them any offensive zone time at all.

I just remember the Montreal series.

It's a good goal. Once Pitlick pushes him in there and Provorov is against Hart and not Barzal, that's a good goal. Barzal holding Provorov's stick doesn't matter. Can't review that part of it.

At first I didn’t see it....but if puck wedged in skate/pad...it’s across line by a bunch....

If the NHL says it's not a goal that pushes me toward believing it was.

That's how confident I am in the competence of this league.

This is what I thought too. But didn’t imagine we’d be fighting back 3-1. Figured we’d actually be the ones to let them back in series like Habs

Ron MacLean on CBC just said the same thing B. Burke did. Barzal holding Provorov's stick prevented Hart to make the save.

Goal should've been disallowed.

Yeah. Game 4 was a killer.

They're battling hard. They could have easily folded after the first goal, but they're still fighting. Time for some of that patented AV defense.

I thought game 3 was worse. Despite getting dominated after being 1-0, Hart arguably could have stole that game. Those 2 goals we let up, especially the one to end the period, were just brutal and so easily preventable. Just horrible self-inflicted mistakes.

Even MacLean (retired referee) said it should've been disallowed.

Thing is too if we could get more shots toward varly, I think he can be had. They just block so much. Isles are going to come really hard now. Look out cook out

I just felt like it was such a strong effort and we didn’t get the result we needed.

Coots not on the bench. Are you ducking kidding me?? You’d amend refs call that interference?? They’ve been letting that go all series. (frank) off.

Sigh...3 on 2 with a man going to the net and a wide open pass to make to the trailer and Konecny chooses to do that.

Coots out.....
