I was ready to throw something thru our 65” Samsung TV....#21 saved me a few thousand dollars - Dave21Brown
For tonight at least. Let's hope the Flyers can figure out how to hold a lead before Thursdays game.
It amazes me how the islanders make the flyers look like a peewee team trying to leave their own zone. If the islanders had more offensive talent we would have been eliminated already. |

series might come down to who makes it back first Couturier or Barzal. - PLindbergh31
Money on Barzal, given nature of injury. Unless he goes out screaming like Pronger or he is good, and former did not happen. |

It’s not even close imo.
I’ll enjoy the win but the loss of coots is terrible. Barzal should be right back. I’m praying it’s not too bad and coots can get a brace and still be effective as he was in the playoffs in 2018 vs the pens. - Hextall271
You never know. Eye injuries can be tricky if he got hit clean in the eye. Concussion is a slight possibility too |

That would be amazing, but seems really unlikely |

When the Flyers don't sit back, the teams are pretty evenly matched.
Keep battlin' boys. - Tomahawk
I mean they should...they weren’t the hottest team down the stretch and the #1 seed for nothing. |

Nature of injury? His eye got carved with a stick. His career could be over |

Depending on how he wants to match up the lines if Coots can't go, I'd assume AV will go with Raffl--but wouldn't be shocked if Lindblom comes in for a boost. |

I mean they said he's close, and Kevin Hayes says he looks great. Every shot he takes is bar down. |

I hope you're right about Coots.

''This type of injury heals fairly quickly and fairly well,” Hextall said. “Obviously he’ll be in a knee brace and what not. I don’t anticipate this being an issue.”

It does but then again, AV said “he’s a couple days away.” Could be just lip service |

Lindblom won’t be in that would be nuts. Guy hasn’t played in 8 months he isn’t going to just jump into the fire. |

Early indications are Matt Barzal’s doing well; no issue with his eye.
