We have gone essentially from saying this is the best Flyers team in 30 years to hoping for miracles.

Yep, knee bent. No obvious sign of a bulky brace. Who knows.

My prediction is that Isles play with an edge right from the start, more of an edge than what we have seen. Flyers too give everything they have. A game of inches being fought over.

The fact that Isles gets last change proves critical, as does the weakening of the 3rd line with Laughton moving up. Barzal plays against the Thompson line a lot and Grant cannot do what Laughton was doing.

Let's look at this series. Flyers top players aren't producing offensively as hoped. Some vets aren't playing great. Inconsistent play. Youth is being exposed a little. Yet here we are heading for game 7.

Did you see that cross-ice pass by Giroux on the last pp that almost led to Pageau scoring sh? That's running out of ideas and not realizing you are seeing the game a half-sec slower than you used to.

Honestly, I think the entire team is a bit punch drunk. A lot of the Flyers skill players are getting rag-dolled.

Every time Barzal touches the puck it's scary. The dude just dances around everyone and creates so many openings. So frustrating to just watch them let him do whatever he pleases.
