If they win this one all bets are off. Idk if they have it in them to dig this one out but at least they’ve managed to turn this back into a series.
Oh btw Bill, you have game 5 listed as game 6 in your write up. Great stuff as always tho! - hereticpride
Was just thinking that if they win this, flip a coin for game 7. If they start well and don’t get behind today they have a decent chance. Can’t chase the game. The isles will be motivated as hell to avoid game 7 so they’ll go into lockdown mode.
I really want to see a game 7 and will be proud as hell if they can force one no matter the end result.
I know there haven’t been reports but I’m expecting coots out. If that’s the case we’ll really have to dig deep and get an epic performance from hart to win. All indications are that he can do it. Hart hasn’t stolen one yet this series and tonight would be a great start.

My prediction is that Isles play with an edge right from the start, more of an edge than what we have seen. Flyers too give everything they have. A game of inches being fought over.
The fact that Isles gets last change proves critical, as does the weakening of the 3rd line with Laughton moving up. Barzal plays against the Thompson line a lot and Grant cannot do what Laughton was doing.

I think I’m worried about the inconsistencies of this team more than anything else. This team is more than capable at winning tonight to force a game 7 and winning the next game. They just have to prove they want it more.

Gritty not being allowed in the bubble is my biggest issue with these playoffs. - hereticpride
I thought the NHL might make an exception for Gritty, for marketing purposes. I was wrong. This Bubble needs Gritty. Maybe if the Flyers make it past the second round, the league will let Gritty in.

Let’s see if our leaders lead tonight. With who scored last game.,... let’s hope they continue to just play.
