It's going to be a wild ride. Tonight is a perfect example of why I'm not overly confident. They are outplaying their opponent but continue to allow them to survive. Both goals 4 and 5 were flukey IMO,...yet here we are. Once up 3 games to 1. Three OT opportunities, three losses. Now it's even money. I hope this Sorokin kid comes as billed next year, because while Varly has been 'ok', we could really use 'stellar'

I am not an Eberle fan, at all, but what did he do wrong tonight ? And if you say that he missed the net...well, he was in position to actually shoot....who else did ?

I agree they were the better team tonight but everyone of the flyers goals were off lazy plays tonight. Not the usual focus this team has. Also, my post was more in reference to gifting the flyers two goals early in this one and playing like listless zombies except for the third in the two games prior. That’s not how you close a series out. Have to put your foot on the other teams throat. They didn’t do that and here we are. They lose this series it’s on them.

He missed the net multiple times. Three of which were point blank opportunities. He also carelessly flipped a puck over the glass putting us on the pk.
He's struggling right now. Hopefully he gets a chance to do something positive

Just need to play like they did tonight and the odds are strongly in their favor. Keep pumping shots and outshooting Philly and they will win. Crazy with all the shots they had how many were high and wide. Just hit the net and pick up some garbage. Sad thing is the Isles can probably hang with Tampa but Philly will get swept if they make it. Just the way it goes sometimes.

Family has to understand. These have been brutal losses. 3 OT's loses does not happen and it's the 1st time Philly did it.

Barry said we'll see regarding Varly. I go to Greiss. Isles do not have a clear 1A. He was very sharp last game and anyone that can win a series playing for Cappy has my trust.

Yep! Isles use both goalies so it would not be a shock. I would be worried about rust if Greiss did not play but he played and played very well and it's not a back to back situation.

Took a bad penalty at the end of the 1st OT. A couple of bad passes. Right now he’s being played up by his line mates.

This team has to slay this 2nd round dragon and Eberle is the player that needs to do it most. If these players have to jump in front of the puck with their face to block a shot so be it. Get it done now no excuses or rip this team up.
