I wouldn’t change the lineup at all. Besides the goalie. - potvin05
I might do MDC for Leo. Watch MDC have a monster game 7. Barry likes MDC's defense and Isles could use some better Defense right now. |

If he had hit the net even once tonight....
Took a bad penalty at the end of the 1st OT. A couple of bad passes. Right now he’s being played up by his line mates. - potvin05
The problem I have with Eberle is that when he's not scoring, he's not really helping the team much. He doesn't hit often or hard. He doesn't win a lot of puck battles. He's soft on the puck.
With that said, I hope he scores the game winner on Saturday. |

I dunno, ses. Leo is pretty good on the PK. I think he's been doing his job. |

I understand. They might be able to get away without his PK skills with Philly not doing much on the PP though. MDC seems to be able to play solid defense as well. |

Game 1: Varlamov really didn’t have to do anything. Let’s be honest, total defensive effort.
Game 2: Varlamov sucked. Greiss comes in, plays good enough, again the defense is great. Goal in OT was not his fault.
Game 3: I didn’t really get to watch good enough. We only gave up 1 goal so I assume Varlamov was good.
Game 4: Greiss unquestionably stands on his head. We win because of him.
Game 5: Non-descript game by Varlamov. We lose, seeing eye game winner. Didn’t play great, didn’t play bad.
Game 6: Varlamov is shaky. Most of the goals aren’t his fault, although the JvR goal was a crappy one. He left some big rebounds, looked very shaky, no confidence.
You can say what you want about Hart and shooting high on him, he is the biggest reason the Flyers are still here. It’s annoying to see him leave almost no rebounds. He’s been awesome in OT 2 games in a row now.
You start Greiss. It’s really not a hard decision. I think Trotz would have already backed Varlamov if he was gonna start. I think Trotz does the right thing here. |

Honestly, the PK has been great. I don’t forsee any changes there. |

I agree potvin. Has to be Greiss for me and regardless you live with it. Isles are not a team that uses one goalie so it makes perfect sense. Varly has not be sharp this series. |

True but has it really been that tested? Philly is not even getting a lot of chances. I like the idea of fresh legs even if MDC is not the fastest player. Philly is not the old Habs teams either. |

They’re not getting any chances because of our penalty killers. |

I meant power plays. No way Barry sits Leo for game 7. Barry is going down with vets and in this case I get it |

Isles just didnt get the bounces tonight. They were on the doorstep with quality chances often. Hell of a game though. Hopefully Game 7 is an epic. - Doc_Sarcasm
I have to agree. Good luck and hope it’s a hell of a game. |

Forget that. I could care less if it's the worse hockey game ever as long as the Isles win. |

Two best lines last night were Barzal and Cizikas’s imo. Both very noticeable. JGP’s line was effective and held their own. Nelson’s line needs to be way better. Need production from them. I’d start Greiss. I’m sure trotz will make the right call. Maybe he will anyway. Maybe he won’t. |
