Relieved and excited Bill, but dismayed at the same time. Guys like Sanheim get a pass for now but what is Giroux and Voracek's excuse?

Giroux constantly trying to make subtle passes that dont exist and Voracek trying to dangle his way through the middle? 1 shot on 5 pps? Hayes is showing skill can be effective, and Raffl is showing what educated hustle can do.

Hey bill. Just thinking, has a team ever won a 7 game series without scoring a single ppg all series? I’d think not?

As the game progressedm Giroux stepped up huge tonight in the absence of Couturier. Dominated on draws. Sprung Laughton for the goal that forced OT. Had a couple good scoring chances of his own.

Voracek had more go his way in Game 5 than Game 6 but it wasn't for lack of trying.

I believe it has happened before but I'd need to check on it. Hopefully, the Flyers don't have to do that.... a bounce off a defenseman's skate or whatever would come in very useful in Game 7.

I’m getting too old. I think I legitimately almost had a heart attack. Took me hours to decompress. I don’t know how those Dmen play so calmly. Myers, again, looks like he has ice in his veins. What an amazing game. Cahtah Haht.... what can you even say? Here’s hoping Coots’ knee magically heals for Saturday.

Looking at Tampoooon salary and stars. The FL tax is really a big salary cap circumvention.

It’d be great if he could. When he was shown watching the game in the stands he didn’t have a brace or crutches. Hoping that’s a positive sign.

Yep. Limit his ice time. If coots is able to go let him sit. He’s already been heroic and will get stronger for the Tampa series. 😁

And yet...FLA and TBAY...have only 1 cup between them.

It’s like all the analytics dweebs getting worked up with reams of useless data and yet their GM darlings...chayka snd dubas...really are a couple of rainmen only WITHOUT the winning card counting abilities. Super useless GM’s.

But i digress...time to focus on the task at hand...

Big win coming saturday night. Need to ring up the party planner...thinking of going with a Philly Cheese Steak motif...

Who’s up for some cheese sauce shooters?

Yeah baby!!!

LET’S GO FLYERS !! !!!

I am pretty sure the Bruins won a 7 game series in 2011 without a PPG.

Another question. Has a team won all four games of a series in OT? I am pretty confident that has never happened.

Good question. It’s the only way we can win. By draining every ounce of my energy and emotion.

Also. Av is banned from challenging again

Yeah that one last night had zero chance. Very frustrating.

Kudos to Carter Hart. He was great last night.

Love lindblom...it’s an awesome story...

But let’s face it...he’s really far from game shape. He was noticeably slow by third period and unable to get any forecheck going whatsoever. Anyway...can’t question Oskar’s heart...going to be an amazing Flyer for a very long time to come.

But we need to get realistic here. Both teams got some tired wheels from last night ...really could use a 21 year old’s fresh legs out there...

If no farabee or coots then it’s time to get a little chill with Morgan Frost on the left side. Use him on PP2.

G Laughton vor
Frost hayes tk
Jvr grant nak
Raffl thomp pit

Or swap jvr with frost...but frost can’t be on 4th line...that’s a waste with thompson.

Like using filet mignon for a beef stew. Don’t do it!

Desperation move I think. I can’t say enough about hart.

See the upcoming sched? If we win sat, we’d have to fly to Edmonton and then play Monday haha. Dear lord.

Didn’t the rangers have a really bad power play during their appearance in the finals with a v?

Only way Frost plays is if they have more injuries. Lindblom played because he is a proven entity at the NHL level and at worst he is a really good defensive player. He does not need to score to contribute points to be a positive player.

Frost is like Ghost right now. If he isn't producing points he is pretty much not useful. They scored four goals in Game 5 and five in Game 6. They are not starving for goals at this point.

I don't get what the big rush is. At least give them an extra day after traveling. I am sure they will have a back to back or two as well. Just not necessary to rush so much.

Looking to win games with best possible lineup.

Scoring 4 goals on 18 shots...probably not happening saturday. Let’s not pretend that we’ve completely figured out the islanders. Haven’t won a game without OT...so yeah...i’m thinking we could use more goals. What team ever thinks “yeah...we got enough goals. Let’s not get any more goals. We’re good.”

Best complementary lineup.

Morgan Frost is a phenomenal skater. He’s no shrinking violet...carried his junior team to the OHL Finals pretty much single handedly...had a terrific World Junior tournament. Frost absolutely offers much more to this team right now.

Like carter hart coming in at 21...when the opportunity presents itself...

History favours the bold...

Be bold...Be a Flyer!!!
