Demko did well to almost steal this one. But Lehner's huge saves on the couple grade A's pretty much told the story that the douchebags will prevail.

I love my team and they were fun to watch , build on how bad this feels , and get em next time

Vegas played 3 easy play in games, 5 against a young and light Chicago team, then 7 against a light Vancouver team.

Van played 4 against a solid Minny team, 6 against a heavy St Lou team, and then 7 against the heavy fast Knights on a back-to-back.

That's just a lot of wear.

Still don't know why the league didn't push this game back one day. I'm sure we would have seen a much much better effort.

We win this game with a days rest, the way demko was playing. Good run though.

lol dude we already covered the missed opportunities in the game. It was almost gifted to them. The point of the post was the back to back gave the heavily favoured VGK even more of an advantage. It showed and the result the NHL wanted came about.

But they were close to spoil Bettman's baby team win. It was 0-0 with 6 minutes in the 3rd and anyone would have taken that back in game 5.
