I'd like greiss hes shown the ability to play great in big games like the panthers series and game 4. Varlomov is streaky and after the shutout record hes been shakey |

I def think you can make a case for Greiss. Game 7, I think they go Varlamov and dance with who brought them to the dance. Whoever gets the start, they need lights out play. |

Definitely a big decision and you can make arguments for both. Where I was leaning toward Varly after the last game I’m leaning towards Greiss now.
As you said, We need stellar play regardless who Gets the nod.

I think Trotz goes with Varlamov on a very short leash. |

I guess there really is no right answer. Whoever it is needs to win this game. I’d LOVE to see less turnovers. Killers.
Gonna be interesting to see how the boys respond to this game 7. Prob the biggest game in a lot of their careers and a good experience for all. One win away from the ECF!!
Somewhere Tavares is praying the Flyers win |

This could be the last chance for a few Islanders so they better make this count. It's not easy to get back to this point. This is a must win for this group. |

They’re still a young team. Funny how they’re lead by French Canadians now. Barzal, Beau, Pageau, and even big game Brassard are big pieces here. |

These 3 are young but the forward group is not young. Please like Nelson, Bailey, Eberle, and Lee are not going to get better like Barzal and Beau still could. Last year was for experience. This year needs to be about finally moving past the 2nd round. No excuses. |

Barzal’s from BC. But but nice to have good young leaders for sure. |

I think Anders Lee’s game has grown exponentially. He’s a true leader. Bailey and EBerle are replaceable. Especially seeing Lou sprinkle in players like Brassard and Pageau. Good things to come. |

Do they not announce lineups anymore before games? I feel like we don’t know who’s playing together since bubble play started.
I’d like to see trotz switch Eberle with Beau. Maybe spark both of them. |

They usually did announce lineups before the game. I love the idea of making changes. Barry gave this same group a chance to get it done and they could not put the Flyers away so now it's time for some changes. I would not be against switching Eberle with Brassard. Game 7 and everything is on the table. |
