3 goals is feasible! And the 4th in OT!

I think provy sanheim and Myers are too. While they’ve made mistakes they’re rookies. What have the vets done to lead?
- Hextall271

Sanheim haha yea right

Last minute of the period down 3-0 and Nate Thompson is on the ice and pinned in the zone. Can't make it up.

Because of JVR's careless passing and (frank)ed-up clearing attempt.

Win or lose good season. Just wish they had more push than this in a game 7

AV slow to adjust in this one. I would have moved Coots down and let Laughton play up

Off season to do list: add two legit snipers.
- BroadSTmayhem

I'd gladly take a forward or two who's not afraid to park their butt in front of the net. Playing high on the PP only works when there's bodies in front, and that hasn't happened in the postseason.

Now THAT really fooled us into believe they were a good team. I think they’re quite a ways away but have made progress. I was very disappointed in tk this playoffs. Wondering if he’s too small to compete in the playoffs.

We’ll need the young guys to take over from the vet core. Hope frost And bee and maybe some other forwards have what we need.

- Hextall271

Your wondering it TK is to small and your putting faith in Frost? Hate to burst your bubble but Frost hasn’t done poop as a pro.
He’s a nice player at the AHL level.
Farabee is a nice player and may develop into a very good player but he’s not a game changer.
It would be nice to see the flyers have a game changer forward on their team.

Agree about this d core...they can only do much when forwards can’t flip a f’in puck out of the zone. I have a Giroux jersey, a number of shirts with his name, but it’s over...he needs to retire, be moved, or handed the role of face-off coach. It’s simply over.

1975. 19 Freaking 75. I know...we've been to the finals all those years, but, for any Flyer fan mid 40's and under...it's brutal.

The lack of heart in this game is absolutely unreal. "Total commitment." "Total heart." Exact quote from Sharp in describing first two periods. We have no one matching that.

JVR...please...Lord...I never have asked for divine intervention before, please make this the last game in a Flyers uniform. He is a DOG.

Agreed. Good for you for being able to pass high but the goals from from JvR, Laughton, Raffl and anyone screening the goalie.

Players blameless in this series.

Hart
Lindblom
Hayes
Laughton

That is it.

- PLindbergh31

Pitlick trying, Nate trying, Provorov has constantly tried - he is just ridiculously over-hyped, not his fault..
Lindblom gets a pass Lets see what we have there.
JVR is JVR Not playing any worse than usual. Just need to set your expectation accordingly.
Couturier gets a small pass this game because of injury.
Myers has been ok, and has the right attitude, I think.

There is just a huge deficit of talent on this club. That's really the crux of the matter.

I'd like a couple forwards that can actually back off a defense.

Nobody's afraid of any of these guys.

I got that. But as rookies in their first playoff I think they’re learning what it takes. Very bad turnovers but I think they’ll grow. I’m not throwing these guys under the bus.
