Ivan Provorov is 21 or 22 years old and has been logging huge minutes since day one. He’s a beast. A legitimate Norris Candidate one day. I can only imagine what he’ll be in 5 or 10 years.

I’m only trading Provy if I’m getting Seth Jones in return. That’s it.

Elimination game and we have 11 shots over 45 minutes. Kind of says it all.

The problem with this series and the last series is that is showed the entire league the blueprint to beat us. Rangers did it to us in 2014, albeit more by blocking shots, NJ did it to us for 65 years, and now Montreal and the Islanders.

Montreal should have beat us in 5, but Hart was outstanding. Trotz just an all around better coach. Not a knock on AV, but it is just the truth.
