I've seen worse lol

When Provorov was drafted, he was considered one of the top d-men in the draft. He played very well for a team being run by a coach who couldn't function as a NHL coach, which could have stunted some of his growth.

I agree, at this point he isn't a norris trophy winner. But I think he could be with the right coaching and if he continues to work on his game. Personally, I'd love him to be a top 3 guy, but I'd be just as happy if he is in those conversations from year to year.

But as someone pointed out a couple of days ago, more a 1B on a contending club than #1. Its not that Provorov is bad. Its how good your #1D usually is in such situations.

Some people seem to see him in the Norris conversation. He is not even remotely in that crowd.
