I’d healthy. Would hate to see something weird like that keep him down for his career. But on the other hand happens in life. - Peter Richards
I truly feel sorry for that kid. Imagine what he must be going through. Further, he sees Lindblom come back from what is theoretically a worse ailment and he is still unable himself. |

Is Nolan Patrick with the team in the bubble?

Grant might be the slowest skater remaining in the bubble |

Lol yet... - ClaudeFather
There will be no arguments on game day. Nothing about cheese steaks either.
Having said that, I am disappointed that you are not thanking me in tears for the utterly enthralling nuggets of probability that I helped chat about yesterday. I had a blast and I am sure everyone else did too. |

We for sure could use a Heiskenin/Peterson/Makar right now. Sucks Patty has that issue, hopefully could get him going next year. - ClaudeFather
one of those should have been our pick anyway. Patrick was damaged goods before all the head issues...... |

I have always been big fans of Hayes and Raffl. I love what Raffl brings to the bottom 6 and it is great to see Hayes stepping up.
One player that has impressed me though is Scott Laughton. I always saw him as a 3rd line ceiling player which is still true IMO but he has stepped up and shown he is at least able to step up if needed too and play at a higher level for small length of time.
Giroux, Voracek and JVR have all been playing well but I know they can still be better.
The players that have been disappointing IMO are Sanheim and Konecny. Sanheim decision making appears to be slow, he is stripped off the puck often and is one of the biggest culprit of failed clears. He just doesnt seem as confident. Konecny on the other hand needs to focus on playing hockey and not the extra stuff. He is taking too many penalties.
In a pefect world I would love to see the Flyers move on but I think the reality here is that the Isles will eliminate us. Sure we have taken advantage of the chances we have gotten in the past few games but I havent seen anything from this team that gives me confidence that they can win without Hart standing on his head and some puck luck. |

In my opinion, this game will come down to goaltending. If the Isles get strong goaltending, they will win this game. |

Got to keep those feet moving. Sometimes the only open Flyer is the one in possession of the puck, everyone skating creates space. Fight for every inch.
I realize that TK is not the center but Hayes stands a better chance at deep board battles and TK is faster to transition to defense. Something to think about.
Need party pants tonight. Game 7. It’s crunch time. Must fly! Let's go Flyers!

What is with this guy? I suggest putting Couturier in a strictly checking situation because he’s the best in the business at it and that kid has a sissy fit. - SuperSchennBros

He should challenge for goaltending interference during the warmups. Get it over with. Start on the PK at opening puck drop and go from there.

Hey you’re a canuck loser.
Everything you guys touch...loses.
We’re trying to win the cup...not lose it like you always do and will do.
Canuck losers go away!!!
Turns out that kevin bieksa’s wearing bo horvat’s panties working the canadian tv crew didn’t do any fvking good for you.
That’s because canucks will always lose in the end. It is your destiny. You can’t change that.
Absolutely LOVED last night’s game.
But now i need to wash away all canuck loser thoughts...time to focus all energy on...
WINNING...DUH!
LET’S GO FLYERS !! !!! - bruceflyers
Listen Bruce almighty. Never been a Canucks anything. Jackass. I’ve been on here for years. An obvious flyers fan but I do actually watch hockey besides the flyers. It would’ve been nice to see the kids beat Vegas. That doesn’t make me a Canucks anything. Also wanted Dallas to beat Colorado. Loser you seem to like. Go crawl back from whatever hole you escaped from |

I dunno why you say small lengths. He looks like a legit top 6 guy now. I am especially impressed by how he picked up the gauntlet thrown to him by AV.
Regarding today's game, I am superstitious about reversing the reverse jinx, and am already feeling nervous. But I think of game 5, and like then, we have last change. The key to me is neutralizing Barzal like that game. Without Barzal, that first line is ordinary. I will take my chances with Brock Nelson and Pageau and Clutterbuck.
And the key to Barzal is the Couts match up. I am praying Couts is playing. |

I will run down the street in my wife's underwear (her choice of color) if this scenario happens. No shame |

I say small lengths because he has never done this consistently. Coots has also only been gone 1 and a half games approx. That is a small length of time. Not too long ago Laughton was a healthy scratch if Im not mistaken. He isnt a guy who can play in the top 6 long term.
It isnt a reverse Jinx. I cant name 1 game in this series where the Flyers were the better team. They just look gassed which is crazy when they have only played 15 games with absolutely no travel

Will be really interesting to see who Trotz goes with in net. In general I feel Varlamov is better but he seems off the last few games. |

I didn't stop to think about that. Poor NoPa has to be depressed a little to deal with that. I hope he gets healthy and can make a come back next season. He was supposed to be our future #1 or #2 center |
