You, myself and few others have only been a few spots off in our predictions of where this club would finish in the standings, draft positions over the past 4 seasons or so.

There is no indication that this club will 'fall back' for next year. I'm not saying full top 10 like you but we will be up another 4-5 spots into the top 16.

I’ve read a 65 game schedule next season, starting in December, is most likely. So a little less than this year.

OFFSEASON DECISIONS. Lots of UFA/RFA's from top to bottom that JB will have to address. After playoff success and chemistry formed you'd think he be leaning to keeping most of the team together. Only LE didn't perform. Everyone else had an impact at some point in the playoffs and pretty good regular seasons.

top 6: JTM, Petey, BB, Pearson, Bo: Options: TT or JV/ re-sign; prospect? or trade

Bottom 6: Rousell, Sutter, Beagle - ride out contracts or lop sided trade out. (TDL more value if a prospect steps up or trade made.

As much as everyone loved that Chayka kid, he was a disaster of a GM. He refused to build through the draft and kept pissing away picks for quick fixes. They’re in trouble now being without their picks for a few years.

I really do enjoy reading the comments on here and I respect most of them. I think it is really how you guys feel but I trust my own judgement first.

When Canucks finished in 3 from the bottom my prediction was they would finish 6 th the following year. They did.

The next year I predicted they would finish 10 th from the bottom they finished 9 th.

I predicted this year like most they would be a bubble team but would make the playoffs. They did.

I predicted the McCann Gudbradson trade months before it happened and nailed it.

I predicted the Sutter for Bonino trade months before and nailed it.

I predicted the Beagle Roussel signing

And last year before Trade Deadline I predicted they would sign Myers and make two trades and one of them would be a top 6 forward for our first round pick. I never predicted Toffoli name but he was the second trade.

No matter what people think of the moves I still got the guessing correct. This is why I trust what I think.

Next year top 10 is my prediction Roussel and Jake will be gone and so will our 2021 first round pick but Benning gets a 2020 first round pick back.
