We all know about Roger and his rah rah antics but if you want to discuss managing the cap lets discuss the Leafs vs the Hawks at the moment. Leafs have cap issues, its a known fact. They moved out their third best RW for the 15th pick. They will probably make another move or two to free up some money for defensive help. What exactly are the Blackhawks going to do for a goalie this year? With 3 really weak minor league goalies and not much cap room would you say they will be bargaining from a position of strength?
