in 2015 the leafs traded the 24th pick to move down in the draft and picked Dermott and Bracco with the return. Instead, Philly picked Konecny with the 24th pick. Konecny is the exact type of gritty forward the leafs lineup now lacks. Moving down often doesnt work out that well.

The thing about stupid is that you don’t know that you’re stupid. I pride myself on not falling into that trap.

Hey. I started drinking an hour ago and I can confidently say that I would still never do that.

in 2015 the leafs traded the 24th pick to move down in the draft and picked Dermott and Bracco with the return. Instead, Philly picked Konecny with the 24th pick. Konecny is the exact type of gritty forward the leafs lineup now lacks. Moving down often doesnt work out that well.
