No. I’ll never be a believer of this thought process. If we had two lines of vile thugs there may be something to it but Ross Johnston is not changing any NHL teams game plan. Tampa is doing what it takes to win the cup it took them five years to figure it out. Never has a team won the cup going through the rounds to get there cleanly. Tampa’s intensity level is high they want it. Those kind of plays are part of the process Ross (frank)ing Johnston wouldn’t have stopped it

As much as I’d love to see Ross kick the snot out of a few Bolt players I’d go w the same lineup from Game 7 vs Flyers. Brass and MDC w JGP. That was our best and most complete game by far throughout the playoffs. MDC had a couple shots on net. Neither Ladd nor Komarov had one shot last game.

Problem is neither Brass nor MDC can play the PK. If Komarov isn’t in the line up Bailey or Nelson are on the PK and they both play the PP. Gotta spread out ice time a bit especially Nelson after being banged up in the last game. MK plays the PK but I truely don’t think he’s an option. He will be in now
I think the reason Leo gets the nod is his defensive and PK play.

Gonna be interesting to see who Barry puts in the lineup.

Yea, that crossed my mind and the PK was much improved last game. So maybe Komorav, Brass and JGP. I was just thinking game 7 vs Flyers lineup was the best game we’ve played. My logic behind having MDC in. We’ll see. Somehow I bolded the my entire post. Stupid iPhone (or stupid me). 😂😂
