Its all that people talk about...i can't listen to wgr...haven't been able to for years...its all they and those listening want to talk about...
I'd rather listen to a yoko ono scream-therapy session strapped to the wing of a 737 than listen to wgr - Michael Pachla
Sorry not trying to do that to you or anyone, but unfortunately that is what it is. |

I was a total doubter. He gets a little better every week. I suspect that will continue. - Slump Buster
We played a bad team with a bad defense yesterday
Yeah, Allen looked good
But I’m not taking much from it
Any decent QB should look good vs the Jets |

Pretty low bar you’re comparing him to |

You beat me too it. Yeah he is better than Trent Edwards and drew bledsoe. Over his career will he end up with more yards than Fitzpatrick? |

As long as he doesn’t turn the ball over the Bills will be fine. They have too many weapons on offence and can’t beat you too many ways.
Beane has done a solid job at building that roster from top to bottom.
Allen will never be elite, doesn’t have to be, he just can’t bring them down.
If he can be a more mobile version of Alex Smith that would be ideal. |

We wanna be better than “fine” though
Just fine still gets us beat by KC & BAL |

Beat me to it Pegs, if Allen can keep the turnovers to a minimum, this team will win a lot of games, just to much talent not to. Most teams are gonna have problems with are passing game, we can spread them out with the best of them, I mean Diggs, Brown, Beasley, Davis, Knox |

Again, why would you (or anyone) give a sh!t about someone’s weekly team rankings?
It’s pretty dumb - jdfitz77
The point wasn't the rankings. The point is there are very few national critics outside of maybe Kyle Brandt and Pete Prisco that think a team can win a championship with Allen. |

way too early to say that
qb is based on his ability, and his offense
how many qb's had a playoff game in their second season
yeah mahomes and jackson did, they are the exception
I have no clue where allen's ceiling is, but his floor is higher with each passing game IMO |

Can't Bills fans just enjoy a (frank)ing win ffs?
They went 10-6 last year, and despite a tough schedule, have a chance to be better this year. Who cares who Josh may be better than or not? He's (frank)ing good. Jesus Christ, let the fans enjoy it. |

I have no problem with his progress. However, if I weren't a Bills fan who watched every game, I wouldn't see yesterday's game and think he will win a championship someday either. There's a lot of hope attached to local analysis of him.

I mean having a RB that averaged 7 YPC down the stretch with an elite defence and a favourable schedule definitely helps.
RGIII played in a playoff game.
Tim Tebow won a playoff game.
Blake Bortles played in an AFC Chanpionship
Game. |

Uncle lou wanted to sign him but they couldn't agree to term. The best team in hockey with a smart gm obviously wanted him. So did chicago. - Slump Buster
The isles offered him a two year contract and gave him an hour to respond. He didn't accept. Keep in mind this is coming off a Vezina season and they still wouldnt give him more than 2 years:
Lehner said negotiations started slowly with the Islanders but that there was a two-year offer on the table for him.
“All of a sudden, there was an ultimatum of a couple of hours,” he said. “It wasn’t that far off in money. We took a little break. We did come back and try to make it work. When we came back, they’d already moved on.”
“We were still pretty much all in with Long Island and they walked away,” he said. “They didn’t want to do anything. They walked away with another goalie.”
Coming off a vezina season, they only offered him 2 years. Likewise he had a good year with the blackhawks and they moved on.
He's a good goalie, but he's an bumhole. Teams get sick of his his schtick and don't want to commit to him. He's quick to throw teammates under the bus. He burns people out. |

Definitely can’t say that yet
Just had his FIRST 300yard passing game
And even if he is better than them,
big whoop
Did either win in the playoffs for us? |
