Why not? - PatC80
I was under the impression that we wanted guys who could skate. |

Copying from last thread, to much comedic value to leave in dead space:
Speaking of offseason doldrums, read his latest article redoing leaf drafts from 2005-2017.
Talk about barfing in your (frank)ing mouth.
2011 for example, what we drafted VS what we could have had at those picks?
Round, pick

It's like that every single year. I think the best year they had, 3 of the picks weren't redo's.
Why the (frank) do we cheer for this team... |

Not the Blues or those gritty Islanders? No, it’s gotta be Roope Hintz |

You could do this for literally every team in the league.
It's like picking stocks - ya some people are better at it than others, but no one gets it right 100% of the time

2016: Korshkov over DeBrincat. Bring back Lou/Hunter - Steven_Seagull
Lou brought in Andersen while Dubas thought Sparks was the real deal... I can also point out all the subpar Ufa adds brought in last off-season by dubas (and the dubas lovers (including 'professional' sports writers) all of a sudden writing in Kenny agostino as a sure bet to make the team). And Cody ceci. |

Dubas adds Muzzin, Lou added Hainsey.

Best winger in the game today. - Steven_Seagull
I don't see Nylander getting matched up against MacKinnon in the playoffs though (yes, Hintz plays C quite a lot - if you'd watch the games you would actually know that and have a right to have an opinion on Hintz).
Hintz hasn't even played his best hockey yet - he's been ok but not spectacular so far. Still - worth twice as much in playoffs as Willie the floater |

Muzzin is slow and might never play another hockey game or at least be hindered very much from another back/neck injury |
