no no, I just looked that up, a modified NTC does not mean a player cannot be selected according to NHL.com. Only players with full NMC HAVE TO be protected.

Better news!! Even better trade. His 3.5 in the new era ahead should be easier to digest for most teams if they want to Move him....or for an expansion team trying to reach the cap floor.

I went to the store today. I needed a new blender.
