at the gym? personally it woud really annoy me, but I get why you would want to wear one at the gym... but outside, running by yourself? or I've seen a bunch of people wearing one while biking, I don't get it

What I do also isn't overly taxing on the cardio system because it's more heavy lifting, so less need for tons of air. Just I've seen so many people throw poop fits and I don't really get it

It annoys me when I'm going to the grocery store. Can't imagine sweating in that thing.

never tried them but I'm curious to know if "elevation masks" actually work, and if they would be as effective as a regular mask against covid... if I'm gonna wear one, might as well get some training benefits from it lol
