Cities earn money. Money subsidizes a lot of rural industries. Sounds like an entitlement to me. Sounds like a handout from those who can succeed to those who can't.

American's love to complain about the coasts, about NY and California. Take those two states out and look at the US GDP...they go bankrupt and lose their credit rating within a year. Military gets depleted. Sounds like a bunch of the midwest hates the people they are always reaching towards for a handout.
