Comparable draft year production to Tyler Pitlick and Riley Sheahan this year. I also tend to prefer not picking the best pure athletes as they often have less room to improve or grow. In fact, I thought Bingo would pick my guy and was setting up to pick Lukas Reichel partly for that reason.

She’s a real Peach I tell ya, makes a mean Mac and cheese too. Anyway, good to hear that German kid won some awards, good things come with hard work I always say. What happened In the playoffs? Our boys poop the bed or just not a good enough team yet? Where’s all the regulars these days? I see that Maximimum Bone guy is hear, where’s what’s his name? Still around?

Less from what I see. Campus culture doesn't have as much coddling, a surprising number of people hold beliefs that'd lead to the legacy media calling em deplorable in the US, and there isn't as much panic about The Rona- though, that last one could be a result of being in Swamp Germany 😅 They're weirdly non-chalant for a state with a lot of government reach.

This having been said, I'm also not in any of the really big cities where it may be more like that. If I had to guess, it's more of a metropolitan areas V everyone else divide around the world.

Not only is it a mistake, but the amount of press and attention Draisaitl is getting for the Hart Trophy has surely got to annoy the hell out of McDavid, the undisputed best player on the team (figure that Hart trophy award out for me please).

I think the Edmonton Oilers have lost Connor McDavid this summer...it's but a matter of time.

It's like giving the Hart to Brett Hull when Gretzky is right there on his team.

Utter garbage.

If they lost McDavid, it's because the team is flawed and he doesn't see Holland as the solution, not because a bunch of writers gave his teammate and good friend an award after a season where he performed better than he did.
