Time will tell. With Provy's work ethic, it wouldn't surprise me to find that he's set his sights on Hedman-like capabilities.
- Letterkenney

I don't doubt his work ethic...buy everyone also has a natural limit.

Sorta like a 5 ounce bird trying to carry a 1 pound cococnut. It's not a matter of where he grips it, it's a simple matter of weight ratios.

Always thought that Provy was more like Drew Doughty. Also an excellent player.

Provy will never have his size/strength. Not that he can't be that good, but it's one element you can't teach.

He is completely dominant. Pronger like.

Provorov will never match Hedman. Doesn't have the raw physical skills that Hedman has.

PICK OF THE DAY... so lost yesterday on over Cubs game. Guess I was a day early. I’m taking the over on cubs game today again over 8 runs to erase yesterday’s mistake. 3-1 currently for the week

Maybe the Flyers would. But I dont think Edmonton would as they are looking to free up salary from what I read, and they wouldn't add a bigger cap hit at longer term if that was indeed their goal.

True, maybe take on Chiasson for a bottom 6 role? both 1 year left on their deals.

Hockey was strange in the 90's.

Pens working on a trade: Hornqvist to Panthers for Matheson.
- arichardson22

Colby Armstrong. Matt Cooke. Max Talbot. James Neal. It always sucks to me, when guys like these who drive rivalries with the Flyers, are traded. I love to hate these guys.

You know what? I keep hearing around that Arizona won’t do this because they’re trying free up space or Edmonton and so on. In my opinion, Edmonton may be a contender for the playoffs but still far from making it over the hump. The only thing keeping them together is the fact they have the two best centers in the league. If we offered up JvR or Jake, I think Edmonton should at least listen.

Why are you defending a guy that is sending out picks at a .500 clip claiming LOCK OF THE DAY. not sure if you don’t know betting but a lock is the same as guaranteeing a win.

Defending ? Nah just laughing at all who criticize really. Thanks for the gambling terminology lesson

Who cares what his record is as does it effect you in any way?
