I don't think they're OEL and Mantha away from a Cup, I could be wrong. Building patiently with a deep prospect pool unless an opportunity for a real game breaker comes around seems like a decent plan for now

It’s about this so far. Wouldn’t surprise if we traded one defenseman and sign a RD to replace Kulak or Romanov to have a great top 6.

And we miss a 4th liner cause I wish Weal will never play has an Habs again.

And we need a top 6 RW or at least top 9. P

For 4th line, I would go with Poehling on LW and Teasdale on RW, enough with the small players

Maybe but given he can handle tough match-up, drives possession and kills penalties, what he produces is fine, imo.

i was so pissed when the hawks traded him. so so pissed

let say they get OEL instead of Edmunston and trade for Mantha. just speculating here. then they would be much closer to be a contender for the next few years while Price and Weber are still able to skate.
as of now, they are still just a bubble team. and will remain until MB is fired imo.

Oel would have cost a lot and probably something within the lineup.

We have gotten Allen and Edmundson for almost free. That’s the difference. Maybe something bigger could happen like a top RW for a lineup guy and picks. We will see
