Anyone know how the bonuses work this year? Bonuses are supposed to be paid July 1, were those bonuses still paid on July 1 or did they change the date that those bonuses are to be paid?
Wondering because there is lots of talk how some of the leafs bring talked about are more appealing becuase bonuses paid and actual $ owed is much lower. If there is any trades like that then when the bonuses are paid will be key.

Bonuses were supposed to paid on July 1 and 2. Not sure if teams that have no money like the Coyotes who owed $20 million in bonuses actually came up with the cash.

Love every track on this album. The medley strarting with Sun King leading to the end of the side is some of my favorite music ever produced. - winsix
Side Two of Abbey Road is the greatest "side" on any album ever. While "Because" isn't generally considered part of the medley itself, I like to include it anyway. Everything from that point on is just pure musical brilliance/bliss.
And, oh yeah, Side Two begins with "Here Comes the Sun", which is kind of great too.
Yeah, I think I'm going to have to give that record a spin today.

Edit Leafs forked out about $58.39 Million - winsix
I think the Yotes were late but managed to pay bonuses out? Pretty sure they're still in arrears with ASM, the owners of the Gila River Arena.
What a dumpster fire.... how can the Leafs best take advantage?!

Crouse + Kuemper for Anderssen, Bracco and Brooks.
Neiither Brooks nor Bracco ever likely to be on the Leafs, they would probably be starters on the Yotes. Crouse would be a decent 3rd/4th liner on the leafs

Crouse and Kuemper would be a good package.
Think Cyotes would want picks and prospects though...historically rental Gs dont have much value at the deadline for them.
1st round pick+prospect for that package. Someone would pay it.

I agree that they would want a first rounder, Andersen could be moved elsewhere - for draft a draft pick or two. Coyotes have no picks this year or next year until the third round - so they will probably be happy to get a couple of second rounders.

I love the idea of Crouse on the Leafs. Brings size and grit and has a pair of decent hands to work with.
Kuemper is at least in the same conversation as Andersen in terms of skill.
Lastly, I love the touch of adding Bracco to the deal.

If Keumper is involved I strongly believe it'll be a 1st round pick.
I just cant see a team not moving the needle on all the low ball 2nd round offers.

This week's guitar solo features much under-appreciated Alvin Lee on lead and vocals with Harrison on slide. Fabulous piece of music.

Thanks, that’s a really sweet piece.
Anybody else find it weird that Friedman made a big point of saying that the bubbles cost the league too much and they won’t be doing that next year. That’s pretty definitive given how uncertain virus is. Also, how much do teams spend on travel anyway?
League seems to be drawing a line in the sand on something they can’t control.

Historically probably doesn’t mean a lot if there is actual $ savings for them. You’d think they’d want to move somebody with a bigger price tag than Crouse though. But maybe that’s just part of the cost.

Arizona has several bad contracts that they will have difficulty moving.
Kessel, Schmaltz, Stepan, Goligarsky and Hjalmarsson will all be tough to move
Contracts they can and might move are" Ekman, Crouse, Demers, Kuemper and Chychrun. Pretty sure Ekman gets moved

How John Mayall is not in the Rock and Roll Hall of fame is puzzling and shows the ridiculous bias of the selecting committee.
Musicians from his bands (most started with him)
John McVie
Eric Clapton
Peter Green
Jack Bruce
Aynsley Dunbar
Mick Fleetwood
Keef Hartley
Mick Taylor
Harvey Mandel
Patti Smith
Sugar Cane Harris
Walter Trout
List is only partial - A large credit goes to Mayall for the blues revival of the early to mid sixties in Britain that led to bands like the Stones, Yardbirds, Fleetwood Mac, Jeff Beck Group, Led Zeppelin to name a few.

I wonder if Dermott+AJ could get the Devils 18th or 20th overall. Plus a prospect.
clear more space and more chess pieces to add. - Santo_44
I'm not too keen on dumping Dermott at this point. He's still only 23 and will sign for cheap and homegrown depth is something we always seem to trade away too soon.
