Imagine this butthole just hanging up when someone says, "I have an amazing offer for you." That would be Kevyn Adams not doing his (frank)ing job.

Laine is already making $6.75M per, which is right around what Reinhart is projected to sign for, and Laine has a QO of $7.5M coming up.

if theSabrez go with an i internal cash out budget of say $72.5m...with the 10% Deferment and the 20% Escrow, it is possible the actual cash out could be in the $51m - $65m for the 30% ->10% being withheld ...probably land on so.ewhere around ~$55m.
