Trevor Lewis is someone that's being talked about, 2 cups, good leader, can be a very good teacher and useful player for bottom 6. - SABRES 89
4lw? Or 3lw? I still like your Clifford idea. Any defensemen you’re hearing?
And thanks for all the info. |

Never disliked the idea. I've liked the Matt Nieto idea for a while too. |

Cozens has something that Casey never did in Staal. Staal is a pros pro, he'll be teaching those two a lot, as well as Eichel on how to lead. I don't think someone else coming in for next year is off the table, but the plan should be to have Staal hold down 2C until Cozens proves it is his. - SDSabre
Cozens is always Motivated unlike casey ...

I like Clifford, Matt Martin, Lewis. I have a feeling it's Torey Krug, just my feeling. I don't know how, he already turned done a deal with the Bruins for 6.6 a year I think it was.

What do you guys think of David Savard, RhD for CBJ.
Article on The Athletic suggested he could be a target to move based on them soon having 9D.
I was thinking his metrics look like he could be a partner for Dahlin, but I don't watch CBJ too much.
Apparently he plays 2RhD now behind Seth Jones. |

I’d like it, however we’d have to move both Montour and Risto which I find unlikely |

No, but I do not think he can be counted on to start 35-40 games.

I liked the Krug idea as well, until I saw the 6.6 turn down. You’d have to move Risto, Monte if you are going 7ish for Krug. And that puts miller or joker as 1rd and draws Borgen into 3rd. I’m just not sure the finances make sense there.
I saw a story yesterday that they expect to trade Krug’s rights because they can’t come to an agreement.
Does this move the needle?
Dahlin. Miller
Krug. Joker
McCabe. Borgen.

Glad to see you finally turned around on him. Better selection the Caufield by a long shot. At least Botts did something right. |

Could we get anderson in a deal with him? I like that Savard has a year left. See how he does with Dahlin and could resign after the expansion draft... it’d be an interesting move. Wonder what the cost is for Savard and Anderson?
Dahlin. Savard
2LD. Joker
McCabe. Miller.
Monte... Risto... traded?!?
Does that do anything for you? And you’d have to resign Dahlin, joker and Savard in about a year or less. |

Without doing math in division play twice everyone else play once? IS that 37 so could double up the east and still play the west once |
