You can make the comparison, but the difference in throwing mechanics between Allen and Tebow is a chasm, which meant Allen was far more likely to show improvement as he can actually make the throws while Tebow's mechanics meant they would permanently be an issue.

They averaged 17 points a game Last year.

Teams that average 17 points a game on offence generally max out at 5 wins in a season.

Josh Allen was as useful last year. as Victor Olofsson was on the top line for the Sabres this year. Olofsson benefits from Eichel like Allen got carried by his supporting cast last year.

The Bills so far this season is what a team looks like when they win without being carried down by their QB play, and actually winning because of their QB and not despite him.

That’s as real of an analysis as you can get from someone not drunk on the koolaid.

However if you want to continue to debate Allen’s personal statistics from the past two years and try to debate facts with homerism I have all day.
