Cpt- went fishing out of Montauk yesterday with my kid and a few of his friends/Dads. I was thinking it would have been a riot if it was your boat.

Boychuk isn't getting traded IMO for a few reasons. 1. they actually like him in the room a lot. 2. he is pretty much untradeable at that contract number. 3. He is definetely one of the contracts they will be exposing to the expansion draft next year (along with Ladd, Leo, Cal, etc. and probably a few we will not be happy about. 4. I think he still has a NMC and just bought a lovely home in GC.

He actually bought in Garden City when he was first signed. The house was a historic structure in bad shape that he offered to donate to someone who would move it and restore it and he was going to build a new home on the site. Don't know if that ever happened or if they just ended up taking it down.

Whatever, but because he bought it he isn’t moving. No trade.

He actually knocked down the "historic" house... and built a new one that looks a lot like it on the outside. I guess my point is ... He really likes it there and I can't imagine He would choose to leave if given the choice.

his contract had a NMC for the first 4 years and has a Moderated one for the next 3. I think (hopefully someone will know) that a moderated NMC can be exposed to the draft.

We went all the way to Block Island with five 13 year olds, and 4 Dads..pretty solid swell and so foggy we couldn't see sht. I am still swaying.

We caught a ton of Stripers though (along with sea bass, Blues, and Porgi). good day but I like my fishing in south shore Bays by the bridges.

Lamoriello on #Isles RFAs: "I'm sure there will be 1-2 we won't be qualifying. We'll have that done when it's time to submit."

Josh Ho-Sang's agent told me earlier today that the #Isles informed him that they will be qualifying Ho-Sang.

Love the idea of Greene and Dobson as a 3rd pair and moving Leddy. Greene should be a great partner and teacher for Dobson.

Well I’m more concerned with the “1-2” RFA’s they’re not qualifying and who they may be? I mean qualifying Hi Sang makes zero sense to me but whatever the impact is minimal.

Wonder if Isles let MDC go? I can see keeping MDC as an extra forward. Leo really should not be playing every game next year.

1 will probably be Ses's favorite young d man Aho

Have to think that Lou had someone interested in JHS in some capacity or they wouldn't qualify him. Maybe Puljujarvi straight up?
