Always the who are you signing to replace. Go look at the free agent list. I will keep it simple and just add 2 former Flyers. MDZ or Schenn. Hell I would offer tampa future considerations and take Coburn back over Hagg fpr 100k more.

there is merit to what you say. More time with the coach, playoff experience then some luck with Lindblom, Patrick and Frost and the same team is a better team. The other side of it is that other teams will also get better. They need speed. I do believe the D will be better, they had to learn from the playoffs, the breakouts should get better

This. The pipeline isn’t barren either. This Franchise is in pretty good shape. Would have been nice to have a bit of Cap space but they are not cap hurt. They don’t need to give up any major pieces to stay cap compliant like a fair chunk of teams.

The Flyers are able to sign their young talent which will be if it’s this team’s long term outlook.

Agreed, Braun will still get paid out there. Not here. Flyers have enough depth to let him walk.

Ghost, Morin, and Friedman. Plus a couple prospects developing.

Sign Myers as long a contract that you can with considering cap compliance in the long run.
