Seeing how questionable the start of the CHL leagues seasons are, I think they'll just put Foote in the NHL so he can get experience regardless of whether he's ready or not.

To me Kuokkanen is definitely going to play after the great year he had in the AHL.

It's why I think Palms is on the way out because they have some really good young options who could take a step up this year and contend for roster spots.

I think palms will be a deadline move because they don't know what they have in the prospects until training camp and need some vets in the line up and if they were going to move palms I think they would have by now

Zajac didn't waive his NTC at the deadline to the isles so doubt he is moving

I think he has a better chance of being traded once a lot of the big free agent names are signed because a team is going to want scoring help especially at that affordable contract.

I think we need more than Bahl. We are forever pinned in our own end. We need defenders that can win puck battles and make good first passes. The Ty Smiths of the world can only really help you if we are actually moving the puck the other way. I'm hoping we start to stock up on some defenders that can actually get the puck out of the zone. Don't need any knuckle scraping pylons, but it's absurd how soft we are in our own zone.

I just think he caps out at as a bottom pairing D, i think thats a waste of a 1st round pick especially with guys like Perreault still on the board at forward
