LL: Not necessarily. It would be a mistake for the Sabres to pencil in Lazar as a full-time player in 2020-21. Although he’s an excellent presence in the dressing room and provided reliable play away from the puck, he did not produce enough in the offensive zone for me to walk away from Larsson.

The Sabres will make a push to retain Larsson and they have the cap space to pay him what he desires, but it’s possible he’s ready for a fresh start elsewhere. Well no poop, but like I said LAST YEAR, they played 15 games together before Sobotka got hurt and Skinner had 7 goals, and then boy wonder basically disappeared.
