He does produce.

In his career worst season, shooting the worst shooting % he ever has, missing 10 games, was tied for 85th in EV goals. Which is still 1st line production in terms of goals.

If he scores 50-60 points, with 40 of those being primary points, he’d be right around top 30 in the league.

I honestly will never ever care how many secondary PP points he does or does not get, which is the #1 thing that pads point totals

I'm not totally sure where you're coming from here. But I'll explain my position, despite your facetiousness.

There is absolutely talk about re-signing Sam and Dahlin. But the Sabres are highly likely looking to get a solid number from Dahlin's camp before re-signing Sam, because, Dahlin will probably cost more. That's always been my stance.

There’s guys like Andrew Ladd who make 6 million and don’t even dress.

He isn’t even the worst contract on the team. Not even top 2 actually.

Paying a goalie anything (Hutton) who has a severe negative impact on your team by stepping on the ice is a worse contract

Correct, I can do nothing about it, but that does not mean i have to sit here and be, yeap everything is fine. Skinner is a fine player and wont hurt this team going forward trying to ice a competitive product.
