Agree. Rather make a play for a RHD AP for that money & dump contracts with JV & prospects/picks for cap space. Go big or not at all. Cernak still tops my list for a more practical move.

He was given a qualifying offer but in the contract it said that when he reminisces about his past playing experiences he must change the name from Canucks to Leafs.

i think jb wants to figure out the big pieces (OEL or trades, Marky and then other UFAs) and then move on to RFAs.

once the big pieces are set, he'll figure out which smaller pieces are needed and/or affordable. i think after the first move, all the other stuff will get moving pretty quickly. you and vhg were saying this weekend for OEL or he moves on. i tend to agree.

Stecher is RHD . I seen Dillon playing on the right side for Washington a few times.If you meant Barrie he is Right hand shot.
