Brayden Point and Victor Hedman could have easily have shared the Conm Smythe despite Kucherovs efforts.

Vasilesky crippled them last year, and this year made more saves above expected and was great.

Is it important for the Sabres to add size to the lineup ? Absolutely.

He doesn't have speed, size, he has some skill but not separation or creativity skill. It would be interesting to see where he would be ranked in this year's draft. Jack would still be #1 no fall there.

For those few posters hammering on the it will be his 4th team in 138 games...he was an undrafted free agent signing. We all know teams are more likely to give players they drafted more time in their organization.

Fact remains he’s out produced most players drafted when he was drafted eligible.

And Kahun improved from his rookie season to his sophomore season as he was 25th this past season.

Agreed. Really only three "star" players came from that class if we're being honest with ourselves in Leon, Point, and Pasta. Then there is a next tier of solid guys in Larkin, Nylander, and Ehlers, with Sam and Arvidsson closely following.
