Tyler Toffoli is a player I’d keep an eye on tomorrow in regards to the Sabres. He’s a player I was told that is on their list of targets.

They’re also willing to get creative with contract details to give themselves an advantage in certain situations.

If they landed him and put the almost 3 mil towards Kahum to him will everything be ok?

Chaisson only makes 2.15 mil, Russel is like $3.8mil, but is only owed $1mil. Both very serviceable players on expiring contracts.

I don't love the guy but it will be an upgrade by a decent amount, we'll see what they offer and if they land him but yeah these few Kahun days are going to be very memorable here on HB.

Well, tomorrow is FA so that makes it more imminent and the that they are supposedly willing to be creative in the contract is new.

Do the sources here always have to get the credit? I mean Jesus Christ. I don't even like Chad Ihkowitallitis but his stuff is solid at times. He's lucky he knows someone, it is noting innate about him as a person.
